Sends you a DM to begin logging without leaving the server. Useful for members who prefer typing in channels but want DM-based logging.

Tracks bodyweight over time. Used by the dashboard for trend charts and calorie target adjustments.

View all your personal records with estimated 1RM
Shows a paginated list of your best lifts per exercise. Estimated 1RM is calculated using the Epley formula. Rebuilt from full workout history on startup so nothing is missed.

Set a strength or bodyweight goal and track progress
PRBot notifies you when you hit 80% of your goal and again on completion. Goals are integrated into the finish flow so you always know where you stand.
/streak
View your current training streak and consistency stats
Shows your active streak, longest streak and how many days you've logged this month.
/exercisehistory
View history, PRs and progress trends for a specific exercise
Shows volume and PR history over time for any exercise in your log. Good for spotting plateaus or consistent progress.
/recentworkouts
View your most recent workout sessions
Lists your last several sessions with date, type, exercises and volume. Supports filtering by workout type.

Show a visual activity heatmap for strength and cardio
Displays a calendar-style heatmap of your workout frequency. Makes consistency (or gaps) immediately visible.
